I graduated from University of California Davis in 2012 double majoring in Political Science and History. After my time in college, I began my own journey through my mid-twenties by doing my own personal therapy. My time in therapy helped me transition into adulthood by equipping me with the understanding and tools to thrive as an adult. During that time, I realized how valuable therapy was for me and wanted to give the same experience I received to others. In 2016 I began my career as a therapist by attending Western Seminary’s Marriage and Family Therapy program, which I graduated from with a Master’s in Counseling in April 2019.
Throughout my time as a therapist, I have worked with a diverse range of clients. Much of my early work involved treating adolescents with substance usage at a low-fee counseling center. Later, I worked as a school counselor at an elementary and middle school in San Jose. Currently, I work at the Christian Counseling Centers in Fremont, providing services to couples, and young adults.
My hope is that you will experience the same transformative experience in therapy that I received when you step into my office.
